Return and Exchange Policy
At Amexoz, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items according to the following policy:
- Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. - How to Return or Exchange:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at Contact@amexoz.com or call our hotline at (712) 324-4950. We will provide further instructions on how to return the item(s). - Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fees. - Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. - Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item, we will send out the replacement after receiving and processing your return. Exchange items are subject to product availability. - Non-Returnable Items:
